Slavic Mythology Tarot
Slavic Mythology Tarot Cards
Slavic mythology is the ancient system of beliefs, myths, and deities practiced by the Slavic peoples before the arrival of Christianity. It is rich with stories about the creation of the world, nature spirits, gods, monsters, and mythological heroes, and it shares many similarities with the mythologies of other Indo-European peoples (such as Norse or Hindu mythology).
The Slavic peoples belong to the Indo-European language family, and their ancestors inhabited the regions of Eastern and Central Europe. Today, Slavic peoples are divided into three main groups:
East Slavs: Ukrainians, Belarusians, Russians
West Slavs: Poles, Czechs, Slovaks
South Slavs: Serbs, Croats, Slovenes, Bulgarians, Bosniaks, Macedonians, Montenegrins
Slavic Mythology Tarot cards are a modern interpretation that combines traditional Tarot symbolism with Slavic mythological figures and worldview.
